How do I reset my Verizon ONT?
Reset the ONT by unplugging the power cable and pluggin it back in which takes a few minutes to reset OR simply unplug the optical cable running into the ONT for just a few seconds and plugging it back in.

Try unplugging it for a few minutes to allow the ONT to drain the capacitors and fully reboot. It's possible there was a blip during the boot-up sequence when power was restored, and the ONT is hung. If your ONT has a battery backup unit with a battery installed, disconnect the battery as well.

Rebooting your ONT
You may need to perform a reboot/restart of your ONT.. This is easy to do, simply disconnect the power cable from your ONT for at least a minute. Reconnect the power cable again and your ONT should take around 30 seconds to come back online.
